The Bromley Companies, a real estate development and investment firm, asked Janko Rasic Architects re-imagine, renovate an existing installation in one of their buildings for its new headquarters. A full height moss wall was incorporated in reception. The green wall represents Bromley’s commitment to sustainability and helps screen the offices of the Chairman and CEO from passersby. For contrast rugged exposed steel columns are painted dark gray and the walls a crisp white. New pendant lights were introduced into conference room. A new clearstory window transforms what had been a dark interior space into a cheerful staff lounge enjoyed by all. Janko Rasic Architects also curated the furnishings, artwork, and signage.
