The elaborate Art Nouveau details are influenced by the original Maxim’s in Paris. Both restaurants owned by designer Pierre Cardin. Janko Rasic Architects with Pierre Pothier designed the larger New York facility which has 500-seating capacity. The restaurant includes kitchens on 3 levels; reception area with a grand stair to the 2nd floor dining rooms, and a bistro at street level.
