Janko Rasic Architects designed and managed the 50,000 sf relocation of this apparel company. Working with the real estate consultant, the architects produced detailed programming & test fit plans to select the optimal building. Providing full architectural, interior design and project management services, Janko Rasic Architects created a loft-like. open work environment. Special attention was paid to the lighting for the designers and showrooms. The space is efficient and highly collaborative – housing workspaces, workrooms/showrooms and executive offices on a single floor.
