Cancer Research Institute; a non profit dedicated to advancing immunotherapy to treat, control, and cure cancer; leased a full floor at 29 Broadway and sublet a portion to advertising agency Thomas Arts (TA). Janko Rasic Architects designed the two office suites as part of the landlord’s build to suit program.
