Janko Rasic Architects designed and produced the construction documents for this proposed 12-story tower in up and coming Long Island City. It was to be the first new building in the new high-rise zone adjacent to the Courthouse Square. The building was intended to be mixed-use: the first two floors housing the Argentine Cultural Center and the remaining upper floors condominium apartment units.
