Founding Partner
Janko Rasic founded Janko Rasic Architects in 1968. The full service architectural, interior design, and project management firm has completed projects for clients in eight states and from 20 foreign countries. Mr. Rasic also acted as consulting architect to the United Nations and UNICEF for offices in the United States, Asia, Africa, and Europe from 1995-2002. He served as Chief Architect for the New York University Excavations at Aphrodisias, Turkey before founding the firm.

Partner
Timothy Rasic is a partner at Janko Rasic Architects, PLLC, a full service architectural, interior design and project management firm located in New York City. He joined the firm in 1994, building upon his previous experience working in the fields of commercial real estate and construction. In 1996, he left the firm to pursue an advanced degree in architecture. While studying, Mr. Rasic continued to consult with the firm and worked in the offices of Fox & Fowle and Butler Rogers Baskett. After earning his Masters in Architecture, he rejoined the firm in 1999. He is a licensed architect in the State of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida and has extensive experience in the design, project management, and execution of diverse architectural projects. He is also a Certified Passive House Consultant, a Fitwel Ambassador, and a Living Future Accredited Professional. Mr. Rasic’s commercial, institutional, and residential clients include foreign governments, developers and building owners, not-for-profits, and financial institutions.

Principal
Hector Guillen is a principal and senior architect at Janko Rasic Architects, PLLC, a full service architectural, interior design, and project management firm located in New York City. He joined the firm in 1995. He is currently responsible for project management and team coordination from planning through construction administration for complex projects including trading facilities, data centers, audio-visual rooms, HVAC/Electrical infrastructure, restoration, restacking and department reconfigurations. Before joining Janko Rasic Architects, Mr. Guillen worked for a number of firms including SOM in Chicago and the Atelier A9 in Paris France. He received a design award for Janko Rasic Architects from the Murray Hill Association for the exterior restoration of the Amateur Comedy Club Theater at the landmarked Sniffen Court in New York City. Mr. Guillen is a Registered Architect in New York and Connecticut.
