New Build-To-Suit Workspaces In Art Deco Gem

As building architect at 29 Broadway, Janko Rasic Architects recently completed build-to-suit offices for broker/dealer Empire Asset Management Company and digital design firm BlueSwitch. Owner and asset manager, Jeffries Morris, Inc. retained Janko Rasic Architects as building architect after the architects successfully completed a project for Bangkok Bank, another prominent tenant in the building.  Working with Jeffries Morris, Inc.; Janko Rasic Architects has also renovated offices for Voigt Maritime Inc. and Geoffrey Weill Associates, Inc.. Art Deco 29 Broadway was completed in 1931 and originally designed by Sloan & Robertson Architects.

Janko Rasic Architects is accustomed to working in historic buildings of this period having served as building architect at 28 West 44^th Street (1920), 111 West 57^th Street (1925) and 711 Fifth Avenue (1927), and 745 Fifth Avenue (1930).
