Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, a longtime client, turned to Janko Rasic Architects when it came time for the highly successful agency, Empire Wealth Strategies, to expand. The renovation and expansion included upgrading the public areas such as the elevator lobby, common corridors, and bathrooms. The additional space provides much needed open work areas, seminar/meeting rooms, a staff lounge, and a separate sublet suite which allows the Empire Wealth agency maximum flexibility as it manages its growth. Empire Wealth Strategies was named as one of Crain’s “Best Places to Work in New York City.” Penn Mutual’s New York office which is comprised of multiple agencies now occupies 49,000 square feet square feet on a single floor.
