Long ‘family style’ work benches anchor the heart of the office and foster collaboration. Brightly colored cushions atop storage pedestals provide playful pops of color and help define personal workspace, while also inviting coworkers to pull up a seat and chat. The ceiling slab, beams, sprinkler pipes and cast iron radiators are left exposed. Polished concrete floors reflect light and provide a durable, sustainable, maintenance-free floor for the young coffee-fueled staff. The firm’s three partners keep small, accessible private offices directly off the main open area which allows them walk the floor and talk to staff throughout the day.Breakout rooms provide space for private conversations, team meetings and video conferences.
