After working with Janko Rasic Architects at 745 Fifth Avenue, RREEF hired Janko Rasic Architects as the building architect for 830 Third Avenue. With a limited budget, Janko Rasic Architects renovated the lobby. By introducing 15’ high numerals, Janko Rasic Architects created a new logo/identity for the building. The backlit signage made a dramatic statement- day and night. The logo was also incorporated into a new tenant signage program. As building architect, Janko Rasic Architects assisted the management in performing tenant plan reviews, test-fits, pre-builts, and base building upgrades.
